At Baiyumofashion, we want you to be happy with your order. 
Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. No Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges.
If you no longer want the item, you may return it for a refund after our team approves your request. If you would like a different style, color, or size, please place a new order.

3. How to Request a Return

-Product name or link
-Photos or video of the item and packaging
-Reason for return
We will review your request and send return instructions if it is approved. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

5. Eligible Returns
We accept returns when:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
The item was not damaged by misuse
The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
If the returned item is received with damage, signs of use, missing parts, or is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
-Items requested after the 30-day return window
-Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged
-Items returned without original packaging or accessories
-Items damaged due to customer misuse

7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost after reviewing your photos and order details.
If the return is due to a change of mind, including not liking the color, size, style, or material, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue store credit or arrange another refund method after confirming with you.

9. Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Original transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and international shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will help you with a refund or another suitable solution.
